5.  Do your towels have a lot of fibers leave on the object？  

In most cases, there is static electricity on the towel, which will adsorb the soft flocks; 

In rare cases, too much alkali is put in the dying process, and the fibers will be broken. 

For our warp knitting towel, Our company can do fibers slip rate less than 0.3%. 

During the dying process, we strictly control the proportion of the amount of alkali to reduce the burning of the pile loop, then reduce the fibers slip rate. 

At the same time, before cutting the cloth, we will carry out surface singeing treatment to deal with the surface attached shavings, so as to achieve fibers loss of less than 0.3% for the first using.

6.  Should we wash the towel before using?  

Yep, always wash first. Cool on low heat and DO NOT use any cleanout fluid, just in order to wipe off the float fibers.  

7.  Has your towel color transfer and color fade？

Generally speaking, if there are multiple colors in a packaging bag, we will separate the colors with paper when packaging, so it will not cause cross-color. 

Light-colored towels, our company can do 60 degrees in warm water, the fading rate is less than 0.02%. 

If dark color，When dyeing, strictly control the color fixing agent to ensure that the color fixing effect is excellent; Add one more soap to wash away the surface float color, while the soap also strengthens the color fixing effect, thus controlling the fading rate.

8.  For Edgeless towel，if the edge is very hard that will scratch the car. How about your edge?

For Edgeless towel,  it is cut by ultrasonic machine.  Use the high temperature and ultrasound. So if the edge have a little hard, that is normal. It is impossible to be very soft, if it is very soft, will have fibers slip, so we can control the hardness. This will not scratch the car。Please do not worry. 

9.  How about your dyeing color difference problem ?

Usually we dye the fabric according to the Pantone color number chosen by the customer, and there is almost no noticeable color difference.
Color difference does not exceed 0.3%.

According to the Pantone color number of the customer, the dyeing agent is manually modulated.  Generally, we will go through several modulation, and each modulation will be adjusted according to the color card to ensure the color difference rate.  Finally, we will adjust three colors that are close to each other, and finally, after the color is confirmed and approved by our senior engineer, the dyeing process begins.

10. The yarn come out after washing.
We should wash the towel with softness mode

There are yarn run out after 20 time wash by machine.

In order to ensure that the machine washing 20 times yarn does not run off, we adjust the yarn, from 20Nm to 40Nm, to ensure the elasticity and durability of yarn up to 90%, also we adjust the details of manual stitching, will be possible to run off the place for adjustment and reinforcement.

11. About the usage of the towel, we noticed that many towels are multifunctional, then what about their difference from each other? 

Warp knitted towels 350gsm wax feel best, it is recommended to use wax under indoor construction. With slightly lower weight, it can be used as a multi-purpose towel for interior, wheel, electroplated parts and other parts. 

High and low piles towel. The most widely used, the long hair side can be used for water collection and wiping, the short side can be used for wax, due to the thickness of the buffer, the safety of the short side wax of the high and low piles towel is better than the warp knitted towel. 

Coral fleece towel. Usually used for wiping ash, waterless car washing, no-wash car and other construction with high safety requirements, long hair can better wrap and accommodate impurity particles, and the thickness is also the guarantee of buffer effect.
 
Waffle towel. Usually used for water collection, although this type of towel is thin, but the water absorption is very good, the water collection is relatively easy, not like coral velvet. 

Glass towel. This kind of towel uses a special weaving method, which effectively improves the hair removal problem, and the cleaning power is better, which can indeed make the difficult problem of wiping glass twice the result with half the effort.

12. How often should I wash my towel？ 

Good towels also need to be maintained well, otherwise the quality declines as quickly, maintenance is actually very simple, simple cleaning can be carried out. According to different uses, we recommend the cleaning time as follows, 

Car care: It is recommended to clean in time every day, the car care work is more fine, the use of more care products, the use of towels in the process of towels with more care liquid, it is recommended to clean in time after using, reduce the damage of care liquid towels, but also to prevent some care liquid hardening is not easy to clean. 

Car drying: It is recommended to clean once every 1-2 days. For car drying, the types of dirty things stained by the towel are not many, and they are relatively easy to clean stains, it is generally recommended to add some cleaning liquid to clean the towel. 

Household cleaning: If it is used in the kitchen, it is recommended to clean it every day. The kitchen oil is relatively large, and the oil is not easy to clean after drying on the towel and the towel is easy to hard, so it is recommended to add some dishwashing liquid to clean immediately after using,  tip: Before the towel wipe dirt, especially oil and other heavy dirt, it is best to keep the wet state, it will be easier to clean. 

Other household cleaning, it is recommended to clean once every 1-2 days. 

Personal care: It is recommended to wash every day, clean and sanitary, ventilated and dry, do not dry or exposed to high temperature, otherwise it will accelerate aging and hardening.
